Mr. Eric J. Charette currently serves as Senior VP and Executive Consultant for GridBright. His responsibilities include consulting with electric utilities to develop Grid Modernization strategies. Previously, Eric was part of Hexagon in the role of Executive Technical Director where he was responsible for leading business development, serving as product manager, and primary lead for presales and proposals. Prior to joining Hexagon, Eric worked for Wisconsin Public Service as a distribution field engineer where he was responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of the distribution system and serving as Senior Outage Management Engineer. Eric has been recognized as a foremost utility industry expert in outage management and serves as track chair on the Grid Modernization Advisory Committee for DistribuTECH. Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Power Systems from Michigan Technological University. Eric is a registered professional engineer.
