Since joining Siemens in 2019, Donna Herdon has held a variety of roles within the organization, before her promotion to PTI Academy’s Training Coordinator in 2024.
The focus of her role as Trainer Coordinator is to enhance the participants’ learning experience, drive learning outcomes and ensuring quality and consistency throughout training programs.
Donna Herdon role ensures effective knowledge and concepts transfer, so the utility power engineer can quickly demonstrate enhanced decision-making capabilities and develop practical problem-solving abilities.
She also researches new learning methodologies and technical resources and incorporates state-of-the-art components into training program curriculums.
