Dimitrije Kotur

Dimitrije is a power systems engineer specializing in advanced ADMS and DERMS implementations across North America and around the world. He has led and supported grid modernization projects globally, with a strong focus on Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), the field in which he also completed his PhD research.

Dimitrije currently works as a consultant at Mosaic, where he supports utilities in DERMS integration, advanced power applications, system testing, and operator workflow design. His expertise spans state estimation, volt-var optimization, DER aggregation strategies, and end-to-end system commissioning for complex utility environments.
