Delia Patterson is Senior Director Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, Salt River Project (SRP). Ms. Patterson oversees SRP’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and Environmental, Safety and Health compliance; Arizona Corporation Commission regulatory efforts; and SRP’s corporate political action committees (PACs).  Before joining SRP, Ms. Patterson served as Senior Vice President, Advocacy & Communications and General Counsel at the American Public Power Association (APPA) and as a senior associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.  Ms. Patterson held the rank of Lieutenant in the United States Navy, serving six years within the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program before being honorably discharged. She has served as Board President (May 2022- May 2023) of the Energy Bar Association, is the Secretary of the Foundation of Energy Law Journal Board, and is on the Board of the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute.
