Daymond Talley
Daymond M Talley joined Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) in 2005. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Operations-Treatment.
Daymond oversees the day-to-day operations of MSD’s Treatment Department and Support Services, which includes all MSD major Water Quality Treatment Centers and plants, and 13 small, regionalized treatment centers in Bullitt and Oldham County, MSD’s Odor Control and Biosolids (Louisville Green) programs, and MSD Industrial Pretreatment Program. He also supports the District’s NPDES permitting and regulatory programs.
Daymond has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Louisville J.B. Speed School of Engineering (1996)
He has over 27 years of experience in Wastewater Treatment, Water Quality, NPDES permitting, MS4, and Pretreatment. Prior to MSD Daymond previously held numerous positions with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and Division of Water.
