Mr. Foltz is an accomplished sales and project management professional with almost 40 years of working in and with utility customers. He has been employed by Sensus since October 2010 and has held three different positions, including Program Manager for the PECO AMI and DA deployment, Engagement Director (Relationship management) for key Sensus accounts, and Director of Sales, Key Accounts for several northeast United States investor-owned utilities.
