David Bailey is the Head of Utilities Consulting for North America with Tata Consultancy Service’s Power & Utilities practice, and has over 20 years of Energy industry, technology, and project management/ execution experience.  His experience includes 14 years of work within the Energy industry specializing in work and asset management, project management, project controls, performance improvement, and business analytics.  David has worked with executives and senior managers at multiple energy clients to execute projects, improve performance and risk profiles, and generate business.  He has executed multiple enterprise level technology transformations across the energy value chain, developed numerous major consultative project planning studies for the energy industry, as well as authored the project risk and opportunity management program for a multi-billion dollar new nuclear construction project.  He most recently has focused on driving work productivity through technology innovations in mobile systems, predictive analytics, robotic process automation, and other new technology functions.
David also has 6 years of experience managing and supervising military nuclear plant operations, online and outage work management and maintenance, development of performance improvement programs, and held the U.S. Navy’s Chief Nuclear Engineer qualification.
