Daniel Hayes is a PMP and Scrum Alliance-certified Project Manager at ComEd with over 19 years of experience in the Distribution Control Room, including six years as a Control Room Operator. He spent seven years as a subject matter expert on IT projects, testing and implementing SCADA, OMS, and Mobile Dispatch systems. Daniel successfully delivered multiple system upgrades and currently serves as the ComEd Business Lead for the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) program, helping drive one of the utility’s most impactful technology initiatives.
