Dan White
Daniel White is a Director of Business Development at National Grid Partners—a corporate venture capital and innovation organization he helped establish at National Grid in 2018. Since that time, Daniel has helped National Grid trial and deploy several start-up technologies including Copperleaf’s investment planning software and Linevision’s dynamic line rating technology. Prior to National Grid, Daniel was president of Thimbleberry Research L.L.C., a finance and strategy consulting firm he founded shortly after leaving The Boston Consulting Group. Before BCG, he was a finance manager at Intel Capital where he helped deal teams close several million dollars in venture investments. Daniel began his career in the institutional equity research group at D.A. Davidson & Co. He is a CFA charter holder and a licensed CPA. Daniel has an MBA with distinction from Cornell University and graduated magna cum laude from the College of Idaho.
