Colleen Wallace began her career in electrical engineering in 2008. Her vocation has touched a myriad of areas in the energy industry and has included a career break as an entrepreneur in birth work as a Doula and voice in women's health advocacy. From system operations, strategic planning, product development, and SaaS success…Colleen's focus has been on discovering innovative and sustainable solutions for the ever-changing demands of Dominion Energy Virginia's customers. Currently a manager of Electric Transmission Planning team, Colleen champions bridging silos between resource planning, load forecasting, transmission & distribution processes, wholesale cooperative partners, and financial considerations. She vocalizes the importance of regulation and policy, while understanding the equilibrium that exists in the evolution of the grid prioritizing reliability and customer dynamics.
