Chris is a purpose driven, strategic, results driven utility leader with proven success in leading teams to create value through driving operational efficiencies, improving customer experience and increasing revenues. His success has come through inspiring high performing teams, developing productive cross-functional alliances and being customer centric. Chris believes in the ‘Art of the Possible’ which combined with analytics has allowed for innovative industry leading products and services.
Chris is the President of Utility 2030 Collaborative’s Advisory Services focusing on supporting utilities and utility partners through the energy transition. With over 30 years of working in regulated industries, Chris understands how to practically create strategies and implement tactics to drive real results. Most recently Chris served as the Vice President of Customer Insights & Solution at Liberty Utilities, where he had a mandate to transform the customer experience, prepare our electric grids for future electrification, implement data analytics & insights to drive business value, and introduce new products and services to Liberty's one million customers.
Chris holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. Outside of work Chris is passionate about youth mental health and volunteers with a number of local organizations to reduce the stigma of mental health and equipping youth with the skills to prevent mental health issues.
