Chris Hilborn is President of U2030 Leadership Collaborative and a strategic operations, customer experience, and enterprise transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding large-scale organizational change across utility, telecom, and shared services environments. Throughout his career, Chris has led complex transformations requiring sustained executive sponsorship, cross-functional alignment, organizational redesign, and significant behavior change across frontline and leadership teams.
Before joining U2030, Chris held executive roles in utilities including Liberty Utilities, where he served as Vice President of Customer Insights & Solutions, and Enercare as Vice President of Customer Operations.
