Chris Hallett is the PG&E Gas Lead at Accenture, specializing in process transformation and operational excellence within the gas utility sector. With over 11 years of experience across the United Kingdom and the United States, he helps utilities modernize core operations, improve field performance, and deliver sustained cost efficiencies.

From 2015 to 2022, Chris worked in the UK supporting major utility programs across electricity transmission, DERMS, asset management, GIS, and gas forecasting and accounting systems. He also delivered customer and operational transformation initiatives for water utilities, including CRM modernization and systems thinking adoption.

Since relocating to the United States in 2022, Chris has focused exclusively on the gas vertical. He led a large-scale implementation of a scheduling and work management platform for a major gas utility, followed by a multi-year process redesign and cost take‑out effort aimed at improving operational throughput, field readiness, and long-term value creation.

Known for his process-led approach and hands-on delivery style, Chris brings together domain expertise, stakeholder alignment, and practical systems thinking to help gas utilities streamline operations, strengthen workforce performance, and enhance customer and regulatory outcomes.
