Chris Hallett is a utilities consulting professional with over 10 years of experience spanning the United Kingdom and United States. He brings a strong track record of delivering complex technology transformations across electric, gas and water clients. 
From 2015 to 2022, Chris worked in the United Kingdom with a focus on electricity transmission management systems, distributed energy resource management systems (DERMS), asset management and geographic information systems (GIS). His work included gas utilities, specifically in accounting and forecasting systems. He also worked on customer and operational transformation programs for water clients, including CRM modernization and systems thinking implementation. 
Since relocating to the United States in 2022, Chris has specialized in the gas utility sector. He led a major implementation of a scheduling and work management system, followed by a cost take-out and process reimagination initiative focused on operational efficiency and long-term value. 
Known for his cross-functional thinking and hands-on delivery style, Chris combines domain expertise with a pragmatic, systems-led approach to help utilities modernize, streamline and better serve their customers.
