Chandra Gosai is a Senior IT Project Delivery Manager at Southern California Edison, responsible for delivering software solutions, technology platforms, and the strategic portfolio roadmap that support SCE’s system‑planning and forecasting ecosystem. She oversees major technology initiatives across DSP/TSP, long‑term forecasting tools, grid‑capacity analytics, and digital planning applications. Chandra’s team manages the full product lifecycle for all Engineering & Planning tools, including innovation and emerging technologies.

Known for turning strategy into execution, Chandra drives the planning and delivery of complex technology capabilities that improve planning accuracy and support California’s clean‑energy future. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Real Estate & Law from California Polytechnic University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Management & Leadership.
