Chad Parks has over 27 years of experience in distribution operations at Alabama Power, with a background spanning engineering and construction roles across the state. Previously, he served as a Distribution Control Center manager with responsibility for multiple control centers, training programs, and system operations support teams. Chad currently leads ADMS implementation efforts across Southern Company’s operating companies, including Alabama Power, Georgia Power, and Mississippi Power. In this role, he drives strategy, aligns cross-functional teams, and advances standardized processes and training.
