Carlo Brancucci is the CEO and co-founder of encoord, an integrated grid planning software company that serves utilities, system operators, developers and technical consultants. Carlo has extensive experience in power system planning and renewable integration. Before co-founding encoord, he held research positions at the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre. He holds a PhD in Technology, Policy, and Management from the Delft University of Technology.
