Caleb Feltmeyer
Caleb Feltmeyer is a Manager of Reliability Programs at ComEd, where he leads Regional Engineering Reliability efforts for the West Region. With extensive experience in utility engineering and operations, Caleb is responsible for driving initiatives that improve system reliability, reduce repeat outages, and enhance overall grid performance through data-driven decision making and field execution.
In his role, Caleb oversees the identification and prioritization of high-impact circuits using key performance metrics, including CEMI and CELID, and leads teams in conducting targeted field assessments to address root causes of outages. He works closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to develop and execute corrective work, ensuring alignment from issue identification through resolution and construction readiness.
