Tu-Anh Tran works as Business Development Manager for Reinhausen Manufacturing, a subsidiary of the Reinhausen Group. She engages with utilities, industry partners and relevant stakeholders to adopt voltage regulation technology for the distribution grids. By integrating a standard distribution transformer with an on-load tap changer, voltage regulated distribution transformer with an on-load tap changer, voltage regulated distribution transformer is an innovative replacement for conventional distribution transformers. As a solution that solves several distribution grid challenges due to emerging trends, Anh works with utilities and industry partners to adopt this smart-grid technology as part of grid modernization and grid reinforcement efforts. Prior to Reinhausen, Anh spent eight years working in the renewable energy sector, developing solar energy projects for government and corporate clients. She holds a degree in Physics and Mathematics from University of Nevada Las Vegas.
