Andrew West has 45 years of experience in SCADA software for utility applications. Since 1996 he has been involved in developing SCADA communication and other related electric power standards. He currently Chairs the DNP Technical Committee and participates in IEC 60870 and IEC 61850 working groups. He offers consulting, training and testing services in SCADA communication and control system cybersecurity.
