Andrew Peterman

Andrew Peterman leads Rivian’s Advanced Energy Solutions team, overseeing the company’s clean energy strategy to decarbonize manufacturing, deploy renewable charging, and develop grid-integrated technologies. He brings more than 15 years of sustainability experience from roles at Google, Apple, and Arup, and has served as a lecturer and former executive director at Stanford’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering. Andrew holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford, and has authored numerous publications on corporate energy transitions and sustainability networks
