Amanda Lane is a Utility Forester at AEP-Transmission, an operating company of American Electric Power. Amanda began her career in the Electric Utility industry back in 2012 while working with a vegetation management company that served most of AEP's footprint. Over the past 12 years' she has had many roles and responsibilities. She joined AEP-Transmission as a Utility Forester in 2023. She was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, earning her Associate of Arts degree from the Victoria College in 2012 and studied Psychology at the University of Houston-Victoria. Amanda became a member of WiNUP in 2023 and sits on the executive board for the Corpus Christi Chapter. She is also the President of a non-profit that benefits secondary music education. Amanda looks forward to growing both her personal and professional relationships.
