Dr Ali Shah is Nokia's Head of Technology for Utility Customers/Private Wireless for Mobile Networks in North America. He drives the development and validation of Utility use cases for Private Wireless, including AMI 2.0, Advanced Distribution Protection Schemes, and mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT). Ali has 25 years of experience in mobile network strategy and solutions, as well as network planning and optimization for mobile network operators and utilities in North America and Europe. Dr. Shah holds a PhD in Wireless Communications and has authored 14 Patents and numerous papers/white papers in both academia and industry.
