Alexandre Taijun Ohara was born in São Caetano, Brazil, on April, 4th, 1977. He graduated as Electrical Engineer at the Universidade Federal do Paraná. His employment experience included COPEL(local utility) where he worked with automation systems for substations. He actually works at S&C Electric do Brasil, as application director for South America. He is responsible to develop application of switching and protection at the distribution grids from South America, with background in protection and automation.
