Alex Lago is an experienced industry executive focused on Utility Grid Operations. Alex has 35+ years of experience in the areas of power system operations, wholesale power market operations, SCADA/EMS/GMS/DMS/OMS systems and system/application design and implementation. He is passionate about advising companies on large-scale transformational projects and implementation of complex real-time operation systems. Alex is currently with Logic20/20 where is focused on helping the company grow its Utility Practice and in particular its presence in Utility Operations. Prior to this, Alex spent over 25 years between Utilicast, LLC, PWC, Accenture and the Structure Group (now part of Accenture) focused on establishing utility grid operations consulting practices. Alex established the Structure Group's SCADA and Energy Management Systems consulting practice and launched Structure's Smart Grid/Distribution Operations and Automation practice.
