Mr. Sowell is a Vice President of Project Management and is experienced in all phases of project development, engineering and management for transmission, substation, and distribution projects through 765 kV. He is actively engaged with clients on the east coast and currently managing a staff of 51 project managers across the US. Mr. Sowell has extensive project management, engineering, operations, and energy services experience that he gained through his experiences in the industry. His operational experience includes leading large engineering and construction projects, managing operations centers, and leading emergency service restoration after catastrophic events. A proponent of safety and process improvement, he is active in promoting risk management, safety, and HPI and has led after action review teams and presented on these topics at industry events and professional organizations.
