She brings deep expertise across the energy sector, advising utilities and infrastructure clients on enterprise strategy, innovative business models, and financial risk mitigation to help organizations navigate the energy transition with clarity and confidence. 

Previously, Aileen led product development and market strategy at an energy technology SaaS company, delivering integrated digital solutions for utilities. At DNV, she led the global Retail Energy Markets practice, providing advanced analytics and strategic insights. She began her career as an expert witness at FERC and at Sandia National Laboratories, grounding her perspective in both regulatory rigor and technical innovation.
