Aaron'''s responsibilities included maintaining a holistic understanding of the power'''grid'''to guide future development efforts and siting decisions. Before Plus, Aaron worked as a lead consultant on several wind, solar, and BESS projects and was responsible for providing energy market insights and transmission planning studies to his clients.''ؠ Aaron holds bachelor'''s and master'''s degrees in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University
