Exhibiting at DISTRIBUTECH
Each exhibitor receives the following as a part of their booth space:
- Two (2) full conference registrations per booth
- Two (2) booth staff personnel passes for every 100 sq ft of booth space purchased
- Exhibitor listing included within the online directory, mobile app and printed event guide.
- One (1) 8’ Drape Backwall with 3' side dividers (for inline booths) and a company identification sign.
Exhibitor Booth Requirements

All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance throughout their time at the event. This is due no later than January 9th, 2023. Insurance can be purchased from our official partner, Rainprotection Insurance.

Exhibitor Sustainability Pledge
We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable DISTRIBUTECH experience. Exhibitors can support the event by pledging to be more sustainable. This includes the types of lighting used within your booth space, the material used for giveaways, the type of material used for the build as well as flooring choices.
