HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure your reservation is cancelled on, or before, January 10, 2024. Reservations cancelled after this date are subject to the following penalties:
January 11 - January 22 - $50 cancellation fee**
January 23 - Up to Arrival Date - $100 cancellation fee**
** This is in addition to any hotel cancellation policies and are nonrefundable
HOUSING WARNINGS
Unauthorized housing companies contacting exhibitors & attendees.
It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting DISTRIBUTECH International® exhibitors and attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor for DISTRIBUTECH International®.
The only official housing company for DISTRIBUTECH International® is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have any affiliation with DISTRIBUTECH International®. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, DISTRIBUTECH International® management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Olivia Monti.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
PARKING
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates three parking lots. Parking rates vary upon vehicle size, entry time and event. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The OCCC is now cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
*No overnight parking at the OCCC.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE
The OCCC close to the airport, dining, and entertainment. Plenty of parking and nearby hotels. Pedestrian bridges and pedicabs available for easy access and approved taxi companies for pick-up. Convenient routes via State Road 528 (Beachline) and Interstate 4 (I-4). LED signs guide you to the closest available event parking.
RIDE SHARE PICK UP / DROP OFF LOCATIONS
The OCCC partners with rideshare services, like Lyft and Uber, for convenient pick-ups. Geofencing directs app users to designated pick-up points on campus. These four rideshare locations, conveniently placed throughout the convention center campus, are highly visible and indicated with banners, signage and flags.
