Driving field productivity through Agentic AI led grid asset data enrichment
Traditionally, field crews experience significant inefficiencies due to inaccurate asset information—such as streetlight connectivity to transformers—which often sends technicians to incorrect locations for repairs. By working closely with clients, we leverage Agentic AI to enable comprehensive data capture and reconciliation across asset management and GIS. This approach integrates field staff notes, photos, and GPS locations, along with annotations, to create more accurate asset data. The result: higher levels of field productivity and more effective operations for utilities.
