Traditionally, field crews experience significant inefficiencies due to inaccurate asset information—such as streetlight connectivity to transformers—which may result in dispatching of service technicians to incorrect locations for repairs. Working closely with utility industry clients, we are leveraging Agentic AI solutions to enable comprehensive data capture and reconciliation across asset management and GIS platforms. This approach integrates field staff notes, photos, and GPS locations, along with annotations, to create more accurate asset data. The results are: higher levels of field productivity and more effective operations for utilities.
